Welcome to our Impact Program!

We are proud to offer a year round competitive club soccer program for Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III players. 
Welcoming players from St. Albert, Edmonton and surrounding area!


Impact GK Training - Indoor 2009-2010
Impact Goalkeeper training sessions begin Saturday, November 7th at 11:15 a.m. on Pizza 73 Field at Servus Place.  Impact GK and invited U10 Dev GK are asked to come prepared to play in goal, and are also asked to bring their own water bottle.   Sessions run weekly for the season.   
Current dates set for GK training are:  November 7, 14, 21, 28,  December 5, 12, 19,  January 9, 16, 23, 30,  Feb 6, 20.    There are no additional fees for Impact GK.  Costs are covered by the Impact Program.   Should there be any changes to this schedule, players will be notified through their coaches.

Impact Academy Training Sessions - Indoor 2009-2010
Impact Academy sessions begin November 14th, 2009 and run until early March.  All Impact players are encouraged to attend these sessions run by Head Coach Graham Wood and his team of licensed Staff Coaches.   [schedule]

Indoor 2009-2010 Try Outs
New! SASA teams in EIYSA League are now part of the North Zone district
(I.E. If you live anywhere North of the Saskatchewan River - playing for Impact in the EIYSA League - you are no longer an Import)
Dates and Times for each age group
Tryouts take place August 25 - 28 at Riel Soccer Fields, 61 Riel Drive.   (U14 TI boys have one additional date of Sept 2)

Players attending try outs
Advance registration is not required.  Registration takes place 1/2 hour prior to each try-out. Please report to lower deck behind the SASA Clubhouse to sign in and get a pinney prior to heading out to their field.  There are no try-out fees, however if you were not a registered player on a team in the Outdoor 2009 season - you will be required to complete a temporary registration form for insurance purposes.  

Players not able to attend try-outs, or missing one or more dates of try outs
Should you not be able to attend some or all of these try-outs, please email programcoordinator@stalbertsoccer.com PRIOR to try outs.  If you are just missing one time slot - we will notify the coach of your age group.  If you are missing all try outs our technical committee will make alternate arrangements for an assessment.  Please include in your email the following information:

Assessment format for players not able to attend will be at the discretion of our Technical Committee, and may include past assessments, previous coach input, etc.

Coach selections for the upcoming season will be announced on this page as soon as they are available.  Thank you to all coaches for your applications.  Our technical committee appreciates your interest and patience while they get through all the age groups and confirm coaches for each category.
