WELCOME TOURNAMENT TEAMS!   We hope you have a great weekend of soccer.

A HUGE thanks goes out to our local Impact Teams, helping with nets & flags all weekend PLUS providing  volunteer greeters at fields for those first few games this weekend until teams get their bearings.   It is great to have such an amazing group of families supporting us during this event.

This Tournament draws teams from all over Western Canada, including many of the top teams in the Province.  The tournament is a great way to kick off your season, and do some early season team building. Register early to ensure that you will not be disappointed. This is an ASA scouted tournament!

At this tournament you can expect everything from intermittent snow, to a tropical heat wave, or anything in between; the "in between" includes wind.  If you are pondering what to wear for the weekend, bring everything you own.  At some point during the weekend you will need it.  The weather has never stopped the outstanding young athletes who participate in this tournament, and every year we are treated to some fabulous early season soccer.

This year we have switched from hot dog lunches to a case of Powerade for each team in the tournament.  The fields adjacent to our Clubhouse are under construction so the games will take place on City of St. Albert fields including Riel Park's Artificial Turf Field just down the road from SASA.  In addition, our upstairs clubhouse lounge will be open Friday evening with full bar service. The lounge and dressing rooms will be availabile for the remainder of weekend for team gatherings.
