ICE Program
- 10 sessions starting after May Long Weekend
- 1 session per week during weekday evenings
- Wednesday's or Thursday's pending the age group
- All sessions will be supported by Nationally Licensed Coaches in attendance
- Cost $175.00
- Fee includes training gears
** Note, current team academy sessions are team focused, ICE is designed to enhance individual player development.
Keeper Training
- Designed for players registered in Outdoor 2020 programs who want to keep their skills sharp and get a jump start on the Outdoor season.
- All sessions will take place at SASA's Player Development Centre, 19 Renault Cres.
- All players must wear clean outdoor cleats (or running shoes, indoor shoes), shin guards, soccer socks and shorts. A training shirt will be given to each player at the beginning of the sessions.
