SASA ID Cards

All Players, Coaches, and Managers playing in the EMSA League are required to show a SASA ID card prior to sitting on the player's bench.

No Card = No Game

To obtain a card follow the steps below.  Each Request for a card must include the following:

1. Head and shoulders picture against a BLANK wall
   1. hold your phone portrait
2. Picture of legal proof of date of birth
   1. birth certificate, passport, AHC card, etc
      1. has a person's name and birthdate embedded in it
   2. E-mail Jpegs to marjo@stalbertsoccer.com with
      1. Person's name
      2. Type of card
         1. Coach, Manager, Player

You will be notified of its completion and pick up.
